I am still enjoying the summer moments. Yet I wanted to take a few moments to invite you all back in September 2018 to take a few more steps on our yoga journey.
There will be the Iyengar yoga classes that both nurture and challenge us all.
As well this fall there will be an Introduction to Mindful Living starting in October. This course provides a foundation in Mindfulness Meditation. For more details about the meditation class check the “Rewiring the Brain” page of this website.
I look forward to working with you all soon. For now though, back to the sun, the garden and the dirt.
